Cancellation Policy
Invitation requests are reviewed by ONE and do not guarantee an invitation, membership, approval, or access. Complimentary requests remain in the standard invitation queue. Priority requests require a $100 one-time, nonrefundable priority fee and are moved ahead of standard requests for earlier consideration. Priority does not guarantee an invitation, approval, immediate access, a specific queue position, or a specific invitation date. Other Priority requests may be considered before yours. Queue positions may change as requests are received, processed, withdrawn, prioritized, or otherwise administered by ONE. The $100 Priority fee is final and nonrefundable once submitted, except where a refund is required by applicable law. The fee purchases priority consideration only and is not a membership payment, deposit, application approval, or purchase of an invitation. Any membership or other fees are separate. Invitations are personal and subject to ONE's applicable terms. They may not be sold, transferred, reproduced, altered, or misrepresented.
